Product Care (AHG1)

• Disassembling or tampering with the unit voids the product warranty.
• For use directly on cooking surfaces.
• Clean leftover food debris or oils left on the temperature probe with soapy water; the thermometer is dishwasher safe.
  
• Best way to sanitize food thermometer in between uses:
  -Specially designed sanitizing solution
  -Alcohol wipes
  -Boiling water
  -Soap and water (will kill most, but not all bacteria. It will not completely sanitize a thermometer.)
