Constant beeping occurs
The constant beeping typically indicates the load cell is overloaded. Immediately remove overweight items. Please note this particular scale only has a 500 gram capacity.

Scale is not powering on
Attempt to replace with a new 9 volt battery. Also ensure battery connectors are properly connected to the battery.
