Troubleshooting & FAQ - Cesto (115N)

Scale will not power on
Try replacing the old battery with a new CR2032 battery. If your scale is new, ensure the plastic insulation tab is removed from underneath of the battery.



Touch controls do not register
Make sure the keypad section is clean. Use a damp cloth for quick and easy cleaning. Try pressing more firmly to see if any of the keys will register.
