Troubleshooting & FAQ - Primo NSF (P115PL-XX)

When I turn on my scale, Out2 is displayed.

This error message may indicate two different meanings:
1. The scale may need to be re-calibrated.
2. Damaged/malfunctioned load cell.



My scale does not turn on.

Check if your scale needs a new pair of batteries. If the issue persists, please contact us at (800) 467-6408.



My scale is fluctuating by itself. 

Ensure that your scale is on a hard, flat, and level surface while weighing. Try to keep approximately 3 feet away from any other electronics.
