Installing the Escali SmartConnect app on a new mobile device.

In the event that  you switch to a new mobile device; you are able to download the Escali SmartConnect app on your new mobile device and your food journal and body journal data will be carried over onto the new device.

Recovering your profile and user data on a new device:

1.  Install the Escali SmartConnect mobile app to your new mobile device.

2.  Log in on your new device with your preexisting SmartConnect credentials.
