How to change the battery
Looking at the display, on the right side of the edge of the thermometer, there is a groove where you can slightly place your finger tip inside to lift up the display piece. Carefully keep the display piece straight to prevent any wire from detaching. You can now slide the battery out from the bracket.
Battery type
This unit uses one 357/LR44 battery.
