I cannot find the Escali SmartConnect app in the Apple (iOS) App Store

The Escali SmartConnect app was designed to be an iPhone app. To have it viewed in the app store on your iPad, you will need to have your search engine look for iPhone only apps. To do this, please follow these steps:

  1. Open the App Store.
  2. In the search bar, type in Escali, then press search.
  3. In the upper left hand corner of your App Store you will see "iPad Only".
  4. Press on "iPad Only".
  5. The drop down box will be displayed and have "iPhone Only" as one of the options.
  6. Select "iPhone Only".
  7. The App Store will now refresh the search and Escali SmartConnect app will now appear.
