Quick Start Guide (DH1)

Tips for a quick start

1. Insert battery into the battery compartment and ensure it is seated properly. ("+" facing up)
2. While inside the battery compartment, determine the scale of temperature you would like to use (Fahrenheit or Celsius).
3. Close the battery cover, and slide the stainless steel sheath off from the probe.
4. Press the on/off button to power the unit on.
