Product Care (AHB1)

• Disassembling or tampering with the unit voids the product warranty.
• Clean leftover food debris or oils left on the temperature probe with soapy water.
  
• Best way to sanitize food thermometer in between uses:
  -Specially designed sanitizing solution
  -Alcohol wipes
  -Boiling water
  -Soap and water (will kill most, but not all bacteria. It will not completely sanitize a thermometer.)
• Do not leave thermometer inside of closed oven; the unit is not heat resistant.
