Checking accuracy
Accuracy can be checked using a boil test. Bring water to a boil in a small pot (boiling water will have a read out of 212 degrees Fahrenheit). Located on the dial is a boil test marker; check to see if the boiling water is close to lining up with the marker. Accuracy of our thermometers should be within 2 degrees +/-. If the temperature is out of the range of 210 - 214 degrees Fahrenheit, please visit the following link and complete the warranty form to submit a claim. https://escali.com/warranty-form

 



Oven safe thermometer
This particular thermometer can be left in the oven while cooking, as well as being dishwasher safe after using it.
